1.要來El Chalten的人 一定要預定Hostel
我第一天運氣很好 想住的Hostel有床位
等我露營結束後 非常多的Hostel都滿了 我們只好去住雙人房
2.如果可以 強烈建議露營 El Chalten真的很漂亮
個人覺得不輸Torres del Paine
目前整個El Chalten都是免費 營地只有Piedra del Fraile收費
3.Piedra del Fraile是整個El Chalten唯一收費的營地
應該是屬於私人農場 附近養了一堆牛
有提供床位 露營一個人ARS 50
我很不建議在此露營 因為這裡是步道的盡頭
往Lago Electrico走的步道是需要嚮導陪同的
如果想看Lago Electrico 不用走這條 因為這裡看不到湖
路上是可以看到幾條冰河
如果真的想看 Lago Electrico 請走河對面的步道
這兩條步道沒有橋相連 水非常的大 想涉水而過 不可能
4.Lag.Piedras Blancas非常漂亮 如果有體力 強烈建議前往
往C.B. Rio Blanco的步道 會看到指標(Piedra del Fraile)
不過 這一條步道屬於低能見度步道
沒有木頭指標 只能靠的一旁的石頭堆來判斷走的路是否正確
5.建議買一張El Chalten的健行地圖 但是千萬不要在"i"購買

1.除了Salinas Grandes、Hornocal外，其他幾個重要的點(Salta、Jujuy、Humahuaca、Purmamarca、Tilcara、Iruya)交通很方便，每日皆有一定數量的公車可以互通有無，所以不用怕搭不到當地人的便宜公車。Salta,jujuy,Humahuaca,Tilcara都是有公車站的大站。
2.我的行程大概是如此，在Salta住兩天、Humahuaca住一天、Iruya住一天、
Tilcara住一天。第一天參加Salta往San Antonio和Salinas Grandes的當地旅行團，
在遊覽完鹽湖後，回程Salta路上，我請司機將我丟在Purmamarca，不跟他們回Salta，我遊覽完Purmamarca再自行坐車到Humahuaca、Iruya和Tilcara，最後再回Salta。
推薦住Humahuaca或Iruya，這兩個村落很美麗可愛。
建議別住在Tilcara，飛沙走石煙霧瀰漫，而且村落並不美，也不純樸，倒是有間市中心的餐廳很讚。〈Purmamarca的交通方便，四周的山色非常美麗，且傳統市集是這幾個村落裡最棒的，通常在淡季能找到便宜的Hostel，因此建議背包客朋友們可以問問，在Purmamarca住一晚，我覺得應該很棒〉
避免高山症-所以應該到了Salta的第一天先去遊賞Purmamarca, Tilcara, Humahuaca等地區來適應高度, 隔天再去Salinas Grandes或是坐雲頂火車Tren de las Nuves或是Salta > San Antonio de los Cobres等行程吧
在幾個地方容易得到高山症:
1. San Antonio de Los Cobres，海拔接近4000公尺，幾乎沒有樹木。
2. Cuesta Lipán，海拔約4300公尺，位於Purmamarca跟Salinas Grandes的路上。
3. Humahuaca / Tilcara / Purmamarca這三個地方算是相對比較低了，但是還是有可能。
避免方式:
1. 可以喝可口茶(Te de coca)，或是直接嚼可口葉(Hoja de coca)。
2. 少吃肉及油炸的東西，不要喝酒，少喝汽水，多吃蔬菜 / 水果及麵食。
3. 行動放慢，不要跑步或走快。
4. 吃高山症的藥。
有高山症時趕快去看醫生。
我在2006年到西北高原區前感冒，開了兩千公里的車，因為天氣冷，又吃肉，又喝紅酒，再加上沒有慢慢上昇適應高原，直接由Buenos Aires到La Quiaca，結果第二天就中招了。
趕快到La Quiaca醫院的急診室，他們看我臉色蒼白，馬上拿氧氣給我吸，後來又打了兩針，一小時過後馬上生龍活虎。
醫院的服務非常的好，而且完全免費。
